The casual ambience of Hemingways dining room overlooking Seven Mile Beach, combined with the award-winning, sophisticated Caribbean cuisine, are reasons why Hemingways has been the island's most popular restaurant for years.

With its trendy decor and ambience, its eclectic mix of music, and most importantly, its energetic and friendly staff, Bamboo has quickly become one of the island's hottest nightspots.

This popular high-energy lounge happens to have the best sushi bar on the island. Enjoy an atmosphere of understated elegance with an Asian influence, as our staff tempts you with an elaborate array of sushi, sashimi, appetizers, specialty drinks, desserts, and much more. Your evening would not be complete without sampling a "Kazatini" or a "Smiling Buddha", and mingling with Cayman's social set.

Britannia restaurant has a casual and warm welcoming feeling as soon as you step through the door. Dining is available on an open air patio where nothing can distract diners from the beautiful view of the golf course or the resident iguanas which sunbath along the banks of the pond, or indoors in our bar area or game room.

Red Sail Sports:
Red Sail Sports is dedicated to helping people have fun. We understand that while you're on vacation, you want to make the most of it. Red Sail Sports opened in 1987 at the Grand Cayman Beach Suites Hotel. Since then, we've built a reputation as one of the world's leading resort watersports operators.

Pool:
Our Beach Suites on Seven Mile Beach features two pools. One with a swim-up bar overlooking the sea and the other with a Whirlpool overlooking the pools. Towels and admission are complimentary for Grand Cayman Beach Suites guests.

Britannia Golf:
Britannia Golf Club is the Caribbean's first signature Jack Nicklaus golf course with three courses in one. A masterful course for the Britannia Club, reminiscent of the legendary courses such as Royal Troon, Turnberry and Royal Birkdale.

Grand Cayman Beach Suites Resort offers each guest an opportunity to enhance their stay and keep active by using our fitness facilities. Usage is complimentary to hotel resort guests.

The Ocean View Suites have a spectacular view of the ocean, beach and swimming pools. Each suite has an individual step-out balcony, and a sofa bed in the living room. Three types of suites are available:

One-Bedroom Ocean View Suite Each one-bedroom suite has a king bedroom and a dining room that seats four. Maximum occupancy is two adults and three children, or total four adults.

Two-Bedroom Ocean View Suite The two-bedroom suites have a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the second bedroom.
Each bedroom has a connecting bathroom, and the dining table seats six. Maximum occupancy is six adults in this 1,100 square foot suite.

The Ocean Front Suites Room
has the most unique accommodation on Seven Mile beach. Each of our four two-bedroom Ocean Front Suites features a large 680 square foot, fully furnished terrace directly overlooking the white sands of Seven Mile Beach and a few steps from the crystal clear Caribbean Sea. These colourfully decorated suites contain a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Each suite also offers a kitchenette, a dining table with seating for six people, and two bathrooms, for an overall indoor measurement of 1,000 square feet.
